(Earlier post today saying Day 31 should have been yesterday's post but circumstances conspired otherwise, ie, I went to dinner and a movie with my kids, came home, and fell asleep.)
The results of our spa treatment shampoo-and-condition. Her hair is magnificent. Ask me again why I love Tonner dolls so much. |
I made her festive outfit! There'll be a better pic of the clothes later on. |
This girl is a hair play dream. |
So much hair! She really is a cutie! :)
ReplyDeleteIsn't she, though? Thanks!
ReplyDeleteWhat do you use to shampoo and condition? Just ordinary human stuff?
ReplyDeleteGood question, supernonamegirl! I actually did it backwards--I soaked her hair first in liquid Downy fabric softener for about an hour, then rinsed (warm to hot water) for a good 10 minutes, then washed her hair with (this will make some doll folks scream) Dawn dishwashing liquid. I wrapped her hair in a towel to get most of the water out, then let it hang loose until dry. When I brushed it out, I used a 2-oz spritz bottle of water with a half-teaspoon of Downy added. That took a bit of work, but wow does her hair look and feel fabulous!
